The Main Course

The par 71, 7032-yard layout is a signature design of noted golf architects
Dr. Michael Hurdzan & Dana Fry

Situated on approximately 400 acres of open space, the course offers wide generous fairways and challenging approach shots, providing a magnificent golfing experience for golfers of all levels. The course has many topographical changes from the low point of 102 feet, to the high point of 187 feet, and rock walls are woven through the whole of the course.

Open vistas, native grasses, and large glacial boulders offer boundaries, definition, texture, and charm to the entire property. Two of the most distinctive features of the course are the rustic bunkers shrouded with native fescues and the velvet bentgrass greens.

Hole 1

  • Par 4  |  Men's Handicap: 3  |  Ladies Handicap: 5
  • 576
  • 518
  • 480
  • 441

A long par 5 that plays downhill and downwind almost 50 feet to a series of wide landing areas accented with strategically placed bunkers to serve as landmarks or aiming points. The green is typical of others on the course with about 75-80% of the gentle but fast and firm putting surfaces, forgiving to all sorts of approach shots while the hole locations on the other 20-25% of the green demand accurate shot making. The hole is framed by trees and a secondary rough of beautiful waving fescue.
